“Textures and colors inspire me; I like to use color and disparate textures to create interest, movement and mood. My love of so many mediums naturally drew me to what I am doing now with mixed media and collage. This is why I am moved to do 3 dimensional arts with interesting papers, yarns, metals and items that traditionally wouldn’t be combined. I find beauty in all things, even discarded items, yard waste and other small things. I think that philosophy draws you into my art.”
